First of all, SKB/MM/RS mentions the possibility because of EDID reading error and processing error in iSet. I think we need to deal with this situation more actively. Please review the log whether this issue is caused by EDID error or not. and please write down specific questions (details) that you need to ask SKB/MM/RS to find the cause. Thank you YK.Jung | ||||

Hi Mr. YK Jung, There is an bug in previous modification of HDMI driver. It will trigger to read edid when HDMI hotplug is not ready and cause generating wrong EDID for iSet. It was fixed on 5/14 commit. (.[BFXBTF-225] fixed, check HPD status before resuming hpd plugin workqueue) The SW version of this STB is v15.524.4 which doesn't include this fix. You can use v15.524.5/6 version to check. Thanks ! |

Hi Kerwin I see , I asked SKB to check it again with a new FW becuase this issue has already been fixed. SKB is going to monitor with this issue in the new FW. If the issue is observed again, I will reopen it then Thanks! |
